WELCOME

Flow is a seasonal vegetarian restaurant, tucked away in the heart of Bristol City centre.

Our menu takes inspiration from many food cultures, with a focus on the best local and seasonal ingredients.

Enjoy interesting and diverse vegetarian cooking in a relaxed and welcoming space,

DINNER

Our evening menu focuses on the best local ingredients, changing frequently to reflect the best produce coming out of the soil.

The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, and the food is exciting and filling. Come to catch up with friends over a drink, or to celebrate a special occasion, we will make sure you leave happy and well fed.

Dinner from 6pm

DRINKS

As much care and consideration is taken with our drinks menu as is taken with our food.

Seasonally changing cocktails, vegan friendly organic wines and locally produced beer and cider compliment our food menu. We source soft drinks from local producers, and work with small suppliers to get the best drinks on offer.
