Our regularly changing menus are created for sharing, with all dishes designed to complement each other and provide a wide range of interesting flavours and techniques.
Allowing the seasons to guide us, we source our ingredients from local producers and suppliers, utilizing the best quality fresh produce available.
We use the finest vegetarian cheeses, locally grown vegetables and fantastic foraged ingredients, supplied to us by Homewood Cheeses, Edible Futures and Bello Wild Foods, to name but a few.
To compliment our dishes we also have a unique approach to libations; stocking natural and biodynamic wines, a seasonally changing spirits and cocktail menu, local beers and ciders and handmade soft drinks.
